Tips for Figuring Product Quantities

Each heating panel will require:
2 - Heating Panel Mounting Brackets
2 - Filler Panel Mounting Brackets
2 - Front Cover Clips

- Appropriate amount of Slimline 2000 Filler Panel
If using PEX Pipe to connect the heating panels, add the following components to the list above for each panel:
4 - 3/8" Barbed X 3/8" Copper Fittings
4 - Crimp Rings

For each Inside and Outside Corner
2 - 3/8" Metal Bend Supports for PEX Pipe

or

2 - 3/8" Barbed X 3/8" Barbed Elbows and 4 - Crimp Rings

  • A Crimp Tool is required to compress the Crimp Rings and a Crimp Calibrator to gauge the crimp. If preferred a Pipe Uncoiler is helpful in roughing the PEX Pipe.
For each corner to be trimmed, which is other than 90° add:
2 - Filler Panel Mounting Brackets
Used separately, each 2, 3 or 4 Zone Deluxe Manifold requires:
2 - Deluxe Manifold Plugs
2 - Deluxe Manifold Mounting Brackets

Appropriate type, quantity, and size of Compression Fittings to coincide with the pipe to be used and the number of manifold zones being ordered. Each zone requires 2 Compression Fittings.
If two or more Deluxe Manifolds are connected together to create a larger manifold, each section will require:
2 - Deluxe Manifold Connectors
Installing PEX or PEX-AL-PEX Pipe requires:
1 - Nail Clip of the appropriate size for every two feet of pipe to be installed on or below the sub-floor. Nail Clips are only required every 3 feet, the additional clips will allow for each bend.

1 - 6" Pipe Tie for every two feet of pipe to be installed in a cement slab application. 6" Pipe Ties are only required every 3 feet, the additional ties will allow for each bend.
